Wellness Wednesday’s at the Wilder’s Organic Market.

A chance to share the advocacy side of Project Hope. We were able to share coping mechanisms and methods of relaxation that we share with our clients. These exercises can help when one is beginning to spiral, feel out of control and overthinking. These movements help us remember that we are only in control of the present and the our own bodies. We need to be able to center ourselves in order to look at a situation clearly.
